About Sean Wade
With over 20 years of experience in fitness and wellness, Sean Wade has helped thousands of individuals transform into the best versions of themselves. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Movement Studies and Exercise Physiology from Kent State University and is certified by the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA). Since 2003, Sean has been recognized as a Master Personal Trainer, using his expertise to deliver life-changing results to his clients.

Drawing from his vast experience in football, wrestling, collegiate cheerleading and dance, endurance cycling, barefoot ultra-running, obstacle course racing, Jiu-Jitsu, and yoga, Sean creates personalized programs tailored to each client’s needs. This rich "little black bag" of athleticism allows Sean to train anyone, anywhere, and help them unlock their potential.

Sean is a proud husband and father of three energetic children, whose boundless energy could light up a small city. A lover of life’s simple pleasures, Sean enjoys fitness, gardening and landscaping, saltwater coral aquariums, coaching, exploring new places, trying new foods, and having meaningful conversations. Whether he’s outdoors, coaching clients, or spending time with family, Sean brings passion and dedication to everything he does.
