A few things about me:

I graduated from Winston-Salem State University and obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I specialize in Corrective Exercise, Strength Training and Weight Loss.
