I come from a background steeped in fitness, from growing up around my parents' health club to my own journey as an athlete. My relentless commitment to personal growth led me to explore the power of the mind and body.

I've overcome adversity, including multiple knee surgeries, curing myself of herpes, and putting ulcerative colitis/Chron's disease into permanent remission, which fueled my determination to push boundaries. I've played college football, trained extensively, and even owned my gym. But my journey goes beyond physical strength.

I embarked on a transformative adventure in 2014, exploring 23 countries, surfing, and diving, all while seeking enlightenment. This journey began to shape my holistic approach to health.
