About Hannah

Hey YOU! Thanks for being here! First and foremost, I want to say that health and fitness is a JOURNEY - not a destination, and I so excited to share this journey TOGETHER!

A little bit about me - I am 28 years old, and a mama to two girls. I have been training and lifting weights for 6 years, and I have personal experience with both being under weight and needed to put on muscle, as well as being over weight and needing to lose body fat.

my weight loss journey pushed me to a place where I was ready for a BIG challenge, which resulted in me pursuing Natural Bodybuilding. I took 3rd at my first comp, and fell in love with the experience, as well as as the mindset that comes with the sport.

The year leading up to my bodybuilding show, CHANGED MY LIFE. I found a coach that was perfect for me, and values + vibes were matched. (( this is so important! ))

My experience fueled me with an intense passion to help others change their body's + minds the same way mine had, and to pour back out into my clients what had been poured into me.

I want my clients to feel strong, healthy, and confident in all aspects.
