By joining the HIRIZE Fitness app, you will be given all the necessary tools for success to have complete confidence in and out of the gym! You will be given new workouts every single month. My app can be used anywhere, anyplace, for anyone and at anytime. You are not required to live in a certain city or state. All workouts are beginner-advance friendly. What's Included: -A detailed workout plan 5 days of the week (will automatically update to a new phase in the beginning of every month). -Video demonstrations of each workout. -You can track and input your reps/lbs that you used on each exercise to guarantee that you will improve the following week. -You will have constant notifications so you can checkmark your daily fitness goals under the app. -Track your body weight, body fat and even enter your progress photos into the app to ensure that you're on the right track. -You have a complete meal guide with ingredients to fit into your macros and step-by-step video instructions on how to make each meal.
