This program is about laying the foundation that will support sustainable weight loss and a healthy, happy life. This is for you if: - You are over losing weight just to gain it again and are ready to progress slowly to incorporating exercise into your life in a way that lasts - You have tried and failed to reach your health and fitness goals repeatedly - You know your mindset/beliefs/lifestyle are what's getting in your way - You can't get yourself to stick to a routine - You are seeking lasting change that will build your confidence and lay the foundation for a life you love. What you'll get: -Over 75 pages of educational content (broken down and delivered to you weekly) related to what I call Brain, Body, and (micro)Biome. -Two custom 4-week workout programs to help you lose body fat, build muscle, and keep your heart healthy -Access to groups of like-minded women working towards similar goals -Nutrition guidance -Habit Coaching and Goal Tracking -THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: Accountability. Upon completion of 90 Days to You, you'll have the option to continue working with me through custom exercise programs and habit coaching that I'll tailor to your needs, goals, and what you enjoy doing. I'm here to help you ensure that the lifestyle changes you develop for yourself finally stick. Note: All coaching sessions must be used within 90 days of purchasing the program. If one session is missed, it can be added to the following week, but no week may contain more than two coaching sessions for one client. Rescheduling must be done more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancelling a session within 24 hours of that scheduled session will result in forfeiting the session entirely.

One of the benefits of personal training is that you don't have to think about what to do when you get to the gym - but that will cost you ~$70 per session (that's at least $280/month!) Subscribe & Thrive utilizes my knowledge as a PT to give you unique workouts every 4 weeks that are scheduled into your calendar for you. Just log in and hit "start workout!" It's that simple. However, if your calendar changes, you can change! Just move things around as needed or add additional workouts that you've done on your own. Strength training, circuit training, HIIIT, stretching, cardio...this program has it all. Every 4 weeks you'll receive a new workout calendar that will keep exercise exciting for you!
