I am a full time trainer at Singing River Healthplex and serve as the discharge planner for individuals who are discharged from Physical Therapy, Cardiac Rehab, or from physician guidance. I have been a trainer at Singing River Healthplex for six years, and have been involved with fitness and nutrition for 11 years. I received my Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2013, majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics.
