The HD Academy is for those of you who have progressed either from an HD challenge or from one to one coaching. This is a group training program with the choice of home or gym workouts. There will be three scheduled workouts per week, individualized nutritional targets, monthly check ins and group support and accountability to help you progressing with your goals!
