    Do you walk into a gym and head for the bike and the treadmill as you have no idea how to use the free weights? Do you feel comfortable using the gym and the equipment but are a little stuck for ideas? Do you not go to the gym, but you want a more achievable workout that is tailored to you and not pulled off social media, that you can do at home? Have you hit a training plateau? I can create a personalised training plan for you to use for your workouts. This will be tailored with your goals in mind and your available time to train and to help you pull yourself out of a training ‘rut’. Signing up to monthly coaching, I will provide you with a bespoke plan which will be tailored to your goals, your time available and your likes and dislikes. I will be in contact on a weekly basis to check in. I work with you to make the plan enjoyable and fun to follow.

  • 12-Week Virtual Fitness Challenge!

    THE VIRTUAL FITNESS CHALLENGE! According to NHS official guidelines, people aged 19-64 should do either 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week. A good rule is that 1 minute of vigorous activity provides the same health benefits as 2 minutes of moderate activity. On top of this, we are recommended to do strength exercises on 2 or more days a week that work all the major muscles (legs, hips & glutes, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders and arms). Each full body session should take around 45-60 minutes, but who is to say you couldn't do 1 or 2 strength exercises daily to meet this requirement? The VIRTUAL FITNESS CHALLENGE has been designed to encourage everyone to hit these targets as a minimum in their daily lives without needing a commercial gym. You can complete your weekly requirements from your own home and the great outdoors, cool eh?!

  • Monthly Fitness Class Pass

    This pass entitles you to attend 7:15pm Friday night Hayley Hurdle Fitness Classes! Classes will be a mixture of resistance training and cardiovascular activities. You will need a set of weights. Classes will last approximately 45 minutes and will be different every week. Classes will either be live, or pre-recorded. Live classes will be delivered by Zoom. By signing up, you will automatically be given app access, where you will have contact with me via a messaging platform. I will send you the link to the classes through this platform. You will also have access to an exercise library. Each pass starts on the day of purchase, lasts one calendar month and will automatically renew until you cancel.

  • The Around the World in 80 Days Challenger

    Would you like to join a small community where we virtually try and circumnavigate the World?! +40,000 km in 80 days by either walking, running, jogging, swimming, cycling...any distance counts as long you are manually powering it :) Starting SATURDAY 2nd OCTOBER and finishing TUESDAY 21st DECEMBER, a great way to keep us all moving, staying accountable and make that movement count! To take part, all you will need to do is send me your total distance on a Sunday, for the week (in km's) in a private message via the app. I will add all the results together and post our distance for the week in the community so we can see how close we are getting to achieving our goal. By signing up, you will receive full access to the training app and will be placed into a private group with others taking part in the challenge. I look forward to having you join us as the more there are, the easier this will be!
