As we follow along with Marc in the “Way of the warrior kid” book by Jocko Willink it is important that we get on the path ourselves. My name is Mark Haverland, I am a Navy veteran who specializes in Functional fitness. What we do in our workout's transfers to our everyday life. Our programs primarily use bodyweight and Dumbbells and take no more than 30-45 minutes allowing us to take control of our life with minimal equipment and minimal time.
