This is a Bodyweight only home workout routine to get your teenager into having some structure around their workouts. This is a renewing 8 week programme that will get your teenager into a solid movement and fitness routine they can do around the house with zero equipment. Once they have completed the first 8 weeks, we will then program their new sessions based on the compliance, consistancy and growth they achieve in that first phase.
