Hallie is a movement coach, small business owner, and a new mom. She started in the fitness industry over 11 years ago as a yoga instructor and transitioned into personal training in 2016. After spending 4 years at Equinox in NYC, where she was a top performing trainer,
Hallie created her own private training business and now works with clients virtually all over the world.
During her pregnancy, Hallie became a certified Pronatal Fitness Specialist so she could learn how to create the strongest home for her baby. She had such a wonderful and empowering birth experience that she decided her new purpose is to share what she learned with other new moms-to-be. Hallie believes that all new parents should feel empowered to train for a strong birth and beyond.
With FRC Mobility concepts and Kettlebell Strength techniques, Hallie helps all of her clients develop resilient and strong bodies for the long term. She is currently developing a webinar series for expecting parents and is excited to empower parents to approach their birth and postpartum recovery with the knowledge and confidence they deserve.
