About Haley

Aloha! I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor living in Maui, Hawaii. I moved to the island about two years ago and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and outdoor adventures. I believe that fitness shouldn't be monotonous, so I strive to keep my clients' workouts and my own workouts interesting, exciting and challenging. I specialize in functional training and have experience training clients' in their own homes as well as in a gym setting. There are a million ways to get a great workout in, so there's no need to keep doing the same boring routine!
