Hi, I’m Camille, a certified fitness and nutrition coach passionate about helping others feel strong, empowered, and aligned in both body and mind. I bring a well-rounded and evidence-based approach to training, blending movement, mobility, and mindfulness to support your long-term goals.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) through NASM as well as a Certified Yoga Teacher (200 hour), trained through My Vinyasa Practice. I’m currently completing my certification to become a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), which will allow me to provide even more in-depth support when it comes to identifying and addressing movement compensations, reducing the risk of injury, and designing personalized exercise programs that improve overall mobility, stability, and performance.
But more than the certifications, I’ve lived this. I used to weigh barely 100 pounds, with no muscle, unhealthy habits, and a poor relationship with food and movement. I wasn’t eating enough, I wasn’t eating the right foods, and I wasn’t taking care of my mental or physical health. Over the years, I’ve completely shifted my lifestyle, building strength, confidence, and consistency, all while creating the body and life I once thought was out of reach.
