About Shawn

I have been in the fitness industry for over 29 years! I came on with Gold’s Gym Ormond Beach over 4 years ago and have been Head Trainer ever since. Due to my vast experience and education, I’m able to work with an incredibly diverse group of clients. I really drive my clients to get results, and they love me for that. I am probably best known as an authority on injury prevention and rehab, but also have extensive experience in bodybuilding, bikini and fitness
competition, sports-specific, special needs, weight loss and strength training.
