This is a comprehensive Personal Training Program based upon your goals and objectives.
This program consists of 4 weeks training. It is scheduled for twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You may adjust the day and frequency as you like, but do not exceed 4 days a week.
This is a group strength and conditioning class held at our N. Andover studio. It is appropriate for both beginner and intermediate levels.
This Personal Training package involves the GHF Trainer training you in our N. Andover Studio. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Avoid drinking alcohol during the wee. Daily nutrition Goal of 1500 calories along with a goal of losing 10% percent body fat to mitigate Metabolic Syndrome.
This product consists of 12 1/2 hour Virtual Personal Training Session per month. Each session is $40.
