A 12 week program designed to prepare you for the Army Fitness Test. **This program is designed for Soldiers who have been strength training consistently for the past 3 months or more. If you have not been training consistently then I highly recommend starting with my Strong Elements program first, then progress to Combat Strong.** Combat Strong is 12 weeks with 3 phases with 1 deload week. Your training weeks will have 3 strength days, 2 conditioning days and 2 rest days. **Your first training day will start the next upcoming Monday** *Note: You will only have access to the app/program for 12 weeks* Equipment: Access to a full gym is best. A Hex Bar & barbell is ideal but having access to only a barbell will work! Kettlebells, dumbbells, plates, resistance bands, medicine ball, pull-up bar, cable machine, bench or box. *Other equipment can be used as an alternative for some of the exercises: sand bags, water jugs, weight vest* During the 12 weeks you will have full access to an app where you'll be able to view your training sessions, log your progress, and view videos of each exercise. This online training program is designed to help you maintain and improve your overall strength & conditioning. I'll provide 5 training sessions per week to help keep you on track while you're busy juggling work/life/family. All you have to do is show up to your apartment/garage/globo gym and follow the session for the day. Great for Army Fitness Test prep or general health goals! EQUIPMENT: - Standard Barbell - Squat rack preferred, but not mandatory - Plates: bumper plates are preferred - A few Kettlebells and/or Dumbbells - Treadmill, track, or other safe place to run (or Row/Bike/Swim) - Bench, plyo box, steps, or some other sturdy platform Sample exercises: Barbell Deadlifts, Landmine Single Arm Press, DB/KB Rows, Lateral Jumps, Push-up variations, Sprints, Step Ups, Front Squats, Depth Jumps, 2 mile run and more. For this monthly subscription plan* you will receive 5 training sessions per week that use a barbell, plates, DB/KB, bodyweight exercises and a place to perform your endurance training. Training sessions change every 4 to 6 weeks to allow your body to adapt and progress! There will be 3 resistance training days and 2 endurance focused days each week. Training tips and suggested modifications will be available for each training phase. The main purpose of these training sessions is to provide exercises to help you towards your full body strength and endurance goals while working with minimal space, equipment, and time.
