StageFit is a performance training program for stage artists designed to build strength, endurance, breath efficiency, and longevity for life on stage. This program uses progressive performance training tailored to the physical demands of performing including movement, breath control, endurance, and recovery. Training is delivered through the custom app with personalized workouts based on experience level, performance schedule, and recovery needs. To ensure you’re moving safely and efficiently before hitting the heavy weights, we offer an optional expert movement screen. This is a 30-minute Zoom session with a StageFit coach to identify any fitness or mobility "leaks" that could be holding back your performance.
