Hello, my name is Kathy Perez. I have a bachelor's degree in Community Health Education, a master’s degree in Education, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My passion for fitness training and health awareness developed throughout my career as a Federal Agent within the United States Government during the past 25 years. I strongly believe that incorporating fitness in your lifestyle will vastly improve your ability to perform physically demanding tasks, enhance your mindset, and reduce stress. Due to my law enforcement experience, I continually emphasize to my clients the importance of being physically active.
