Hi, I am Ami. I am an ACE-certified personal trainer with a Master's Degree in Kinesiology from University of Wisconsin-Madison. I found myself falling in love with training when I was a ballroom dancer over 10 years ago. Aside from learning and teaching choreography, I especially enjoyed my time lifting weights and exploring other movements that helped me become a better dancer and a more well-rounded athlete overall.
Exercise is like a moving meditation, and I would love to empower others to benefit from training the same way that I continue to do. Let's grow stronger together!
