🥋 12-Week Strength & Conditioning Program for BJJ This 12-week program is built specifically for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes who want to increase their strength, improve endurance, and stay injury-free all while complementing their time on the mats. You’ll train just 3 times per week with a simple but highly effective structure: 🦵 Day 1: Lower Body Strength – Develop explosive takedown power, hip drive, and knee stability. 💪 Day 2: Upper Body Strength – Build functional pushing/pulling strength, grip endurance, and posture control. 🔥 Day 3: Conditioning – Focus on mat-specific endurance, intervals, and aerobic recovery to keep you rolling harder for longer.
