🥋 12-Week Strength & Conditioning Program for BJJ This 12-week program is built specifically for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes who want to increase their strength, improve endurance, and stay injury-free all while complementing their time on the mats. You’ll train just 3 times per week with a simple but highly effective structure: 🦵 Day 1: Lower Body Strength – Develop explosive takedown power, hip drive, and knee stability. 💪 Day 2: Upper Body Strength – Build functional pushing/pulling strength, grip endurance, and posture control. 🔥 Day 3: Conditioning – Focus on mat-specific endurance, intervals, and aerobic recovery to keep you rolling harder for longer. The 12 weeks are split into 3 progressive phases: Foundation (Weeks 1–4) – Build mobility, core strength, and structural balance Performance (Weeks 5–8) – Increase strength, grip, and anaerobic capacity Peak (Weeks 9–12) – Maximise mat performance and conditioning for competition or hard rolling ✅ What’s included: • 3 workouts per week (no fluff, just what works) • Designed to pair with 2–5 BJJ sessions per week • Injury prevention through smart programming • Grip, neck & core integration • Recovery and mobility work for BJJ athletes Whether you're a competitor or casual practitioner, this plan will help you move better, feel stronger, and dominate longer.
This training is complete preparation for hobbyists or competitors who are wanting to enhance their performance on the mats. Training all specific movements and areas which are required in high demanding sport. 8 weeks structured program: 2 different phases each for 4 weeks.
About Me 💪🔥
Fitness has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From playing multiple sports as a kid to diving deep into semi-professional soccer, movement was always my way of expressing myself and staying focused.
⚽ My journey took a big turn when I had to leave my soccer-playing city. That’s when I discovered weightlifting and within weeks, I started seeing changes that got people talking. Encouraged by the progress, I jumped into fitness competitions, placing 6th in my first ever show. That lit a fire in me!
🏆 Within months, I became the Slovakia Champion, representing my country at European and World Championships. Competing (and winning) in places like Hungary only fueled my passion further.
👊 But my real passion? Helping others achieve their own fitness goals. That’s why I transitioned from competitor to coach and launched my Personal Training business in Slovakia. My journey didn’t stop there I took my hunger for knowledge to Sydney, where I spent nearly 3 years honing my skills and becoming a fully qualified Personal Trainer.
