My name is Tim Cortazzo and I am the owner of FSQ Sports Training in Pittsburgh, PA. FSQ was created in 2009 with the vision of providing an environment to help develop athletes of all ages. Since then, we have trained thousands of different athletes ranging from youth league to professional. Over the years, FSQ has developed programs for the general public/weekend warrior as well! We now offer personal training, group fitness classes, and online training for anyone looking to get in shape, lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, and overall live a healthier lifestyle.
