The Athlete ELITE Program is for athletes looking to take their game to the next level. This program is an all-inclusive performance program consisting of strength training, speed & agility training, conditioning, and nutrition guidance. You will be guided by an expert coach 1-on-1 over a 12 week period to reach your goals of becoming a faster, stronger, more resilient athlete. This program consists of: - Custom, Individualized Programming specific to the athlete and their sport. - Strength Training - 3 sessions per week. - Speed & Agility Programming - 2-3 sessions per week. - Conditioning Programming tailored to your sport. - Mobility, Flexibility, and Recovery based sessions. - Goal setting and accountability sessions. - Coaching Videos for each drill and exercise prescribed in the program. - Unlimited Priority Text, Call, Email, and Video Support. - Nutrition & Healthy Habits Recommendations.

My name is Tim Cortazzo and I am the owner of FSQ Sports Training in Pittsburgh, PA. FSQ was created in 2009 with the vision of providing an environment to help develop athletes of all ages. Since then, we have trained thousands of different athletes ranging from youth league to professional. Over the years, FSQ has developed programs for the general public/weekend warrior as well!
