I wasn’t born big. I wasn’t born jacked. And I damn sure wasn’t born confident.

Then life hit me. Hard.
A drunk driver rear-ended me. In one moment, I went from chasing gains to battling bulging discs, chronic pain, and a depression that nearly swallowed me whole.
Doctors pushed pain meds like candy. But the pills didn’t fix me — they numbed me. At 172 pounds I wasn’t huge, but after losing 40 more? I was broken. Crushed. Facing surgery as my only option.
That was the breaking point.
