I've helped some clients lose over 40lbs, I've helped people learn how to watercut for strongman and powerlifting meets. I've helped people get in shape for the military, weddings and for people to pass first responder fitness tests.
I coach all skill levels from novices all the way to OSG (official strongman games), this includes getting several nationally ranked/ podiumed athletes, Arnold qualifiers, America's strongest man competitors, OSG champion and podium for junior worlds, Natural world's and more.
