I set out along my fitness journey without a clue in the world that it would become a strong passion of mine. This passion has led me into a newfound purpose to help every day people look how they want to look, feel how they want to feel, and perform how they want to perform. As a former athlete I got tired of being unhealthy and out of shape also I got tired of starting and stopping(not building habits that stick). Before my 30th birthday I made a commitment to get into the best shape of my life and I was able to do just that. Along the way, the knowledge that I acquired was worth it's weight in gold. I now use that information as the basis to help other people change their lives by reaching their fitness goals and stay fit forever.
