Hi, I’m Bonni Wildesen Hise—co-founder of The Food Freedom Rebellion with Kerri Pagliarini, the Sugar Knock Out Coach.
I began my training career in 2003 after losing 100 pounds with the support of my own trainer and nutritionist. That experience shaped how I coach to this day: real-life strategy, real support, and sustainable results.
I’m a certified fitness trainer, a formally educated and certified holistic nutritionist, and a master herbalist. Over the years, I’ve expanded far beyond workouts alone to include nutrition, herbal support, and alternative medicine-informed strategies that help clients address root causes—not just symptoms.
Kerri and I lead our mutual programs, including our signature 90-Day Mind & Body Reset and ongoing membership, where we help women improve digestion, reduce cravings, regulate stress, build strength, and create long-term health without restriction or burnout.
