I help women get lean, strong and healthy through habit changes that promote longevity and a higher quality of life! I focus on personalizing the program to fit exactly where the client is currently and encourage the client to go at their own pace but also motivate to push themselves a bit beyond their comfort zone with a fun, gamifying program that will bring results. This program includes: Initial fitness assessment to set a baseline and then the client receives based on their goals and assessment results milestones for each month to hit. The client will receive points for achieving the mini goals and milesstones for each month and receive gift prizes along the way.
