As you may already know Marcel Salazar is my husband and qualified physical therapist with a clinic based near Marbella, Spain. Whether you are a new client or current one you can utilise this app for the purpose of your rehabilitation and strength recovery, either before or after surgery or injury. Marcel will create; - A personalised program for you to use with your own app. - Guidance on every exercise - Adjustment to your exercises as you progress - Review with you regularly either in person or over Zoom. This package is designed to assist with your recovery in a safe way but should not be considered your primary method of treatment if you are in pain.
