About Kent

I am a ACE certified personal trainer. I started training at the age of 13 with my dad. I was blessed to grow up in a big football family. A few of us played in the NFL an the rest of us played division one football on full scholarships. So i was around a high level of training at a early age. my dad trained my uncle to get him ready for the NFL an my two older brothers. My dad played linebacker at Wake Forest and was also a nationally ranked power lifter as well and taught me not only how to train but the effort that is needed to get the results. I was also fortunate to play with some guys that are now the strength coaches at at some of the biggest colleges in the country an give me access to their strength programs.
