Hi guys!
I'm Sam. I've been a personal trainer for 4 years now, a group exercise instructor and a coach. My background was in engineering after a stint in the Royal Navy when I initially lost over 20kgs to join up from days of excessive food and alcohol consumption at university even whilst playing high-level sports. I played rugby for a long time as well as doing traditional Jiu-Jitsu, then got into CrossFit and soon after Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whilst I was in the process of leaving the Navy I did my first certification, my CrossFit Level 1, in 2016, then in 2017 did a number of other certs including my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 PT, my Sports Massage Therapy Level 3 and my CrossFit Weightlifting course. I've since also done a 200hr Yoga TTC.
