I love to work around my client's current habits to make a progressive and easy lifestyle change instead of giving them a 'one size fits all ' diet plan ++ In the app, you can leave me feedback and communicate with me anytime you need help +++You'll become a part of my FIT MODE TEAM. It's an in-app community of like-minded people ++ After you purchase your plan you will get the email with a link, taking you to your private account in the app where you'll fill questionnaire with all the information I will need to plan your programme. Once I plan your programme you're ready to go.
