This is a weekly subscription service which includes full application access and 3-6 bodyweight workouts a week. Designed to build healthy habits and get your body moving, even if you aren't working towards a specific fitness goal. When combined with a balanced nutrition program, this subscription will build a strong and enduring body.
9 week program to build strength and cardio to get you ready for a 5km running event in 9 weeks. Includes full access to the app with all workout and body metric tracking.
12 week program to add strength and (in combination with a suitable nutritional plan) help you burn the calories you need to cut body fat.
16 week training program for a 60km ultramarathon, including strength and mobility sessions, as well as full access to the tracking application.
8 week program to fit around existing HIIT sessions. Focusing mainly on bodyweight and dumbbell routines to build strength and healthy routine.
Triathlon training program including a 2 week introduction phase and 4 x 3 week training phases, and full mobile application access.
Over my own personal fitness journey I have started from an unhealthy and sedentary 120kg, dropped 40kg of body fat, and am proud to be a World Championship Obstacle Course Racer, Ultra endurance runner, and Australian Ninja Warrior.
