    The first phase is cardio and bodyweight-focused. It is all scheduled into a convenient calendar, on a wonderful app that gives video instruction for each exercise. Cardio requires a jump rope. Phase two includes weightlifting. There are several alternatives to what the videos include. But from the video standpoint, you will need a kettlebell, dumbbells, and a barbell. The app tells you everything you need to know, through all 8 weeks of the program. This program will come with tips, and suggestions for a healthy, and happy booty.   • Kettlebell BURNER

    This 28-day fitness challenge is designed to be completed in order over the course of 28 days. Day 1 is a fitness test that will be repeated on Day 28 of the challenge. If you stick to the plan and put in the work, there’s no doubt that you will outdo your day one performance. Between Day 1 and Day 14 you will work out four days each week. Three days will include bodyweight and kettlebell exercises, while the fourth day will consist of cardiovascular conditioning. Between Day 15 and Day 28 you will train five days each week. Four days will include bodyweight and kettlebell exercises, while the fourth day will consist of cardiovascular conditioning. Day 28 will be the final fitness test.
