This is a self-paced 8 week training block. You will have access to 24 different programs (mostly circuit style training sessions) with 3 sessions planned out per week for a total of 8 Weeks. You have preloaded cardio incorporated into weekly goals, prompts for measurements tracking and progress photo's. This program is not personalised but something to follow along with on your own.

Mostly circuit style sessions that require minimal equipment but by all means if you have more equipment you would like to incorporate into some of the workouts you're welcome to do that!
If you find it challenging to "find time" to exercise or movement has been a part of your lifestyle but you're wanting to introduce the daily habit of moving your body this 4 Week block will be perfect. These bite sized workouts are 15 minutes and there are 2 cardio/stretching programs included along with rest days.
Online Programming is a personalised service I offer to suit your individual needs, prior exercise history, injury prevention, goals etc. Programs are drawn up monthly and you receive weekly check-ins with me for constant ongoing support. Your calories and macro’s are calculated to suit your goals and we adjust these as needed based on your progress and check ins. Measurements and photos are scheduled monthly. At the end of each month I review your progress and design your new programs based on how you went and what we need to do to get you moving toward your goals. Programs are ongoing for a minimum of 3 months to allow time for habits to develop and results to show. There is a 4 week cancelation notice.
