Fitcity Amsterdam specializes in training and coaching women in achieving their goals, such as building muscle, losing unwanted body fat and/or creating a better-balanced lifestyle. To achieve and maintain this result, I work with five components to become stronger, fitter and healthier: cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and body composition in combination with a healthy lifestyle.
I help you realize a healthy lifestyle based on nutrition, relaxation, and a good night's sleep. We focus on your motivation, on your pitfalls and on changing your thinking pattern. For change to happen, there needs to be awareness. Only then you can change your behavior sustainably. This will help you lay the foundation for desired results for the rest of your life: it’s not a quick fix, it’s a lifestyle.
I design and fit your Personal Training program to your specific wishes. It forms the basis for your training and nutrition. My goal is that during your time at Fitcity Amsterdam you learn tools, techniques, and skills to achieve your results and sustain them for a lifetime.
