  • 12 WEEK FEMALE PHYSIQUE TRANSFORMATION - ADVANCED LEVEL

    This 12 week program is ideal for an experienced lifter who wants to build solid muscle mass and transform their physique as much as possible. This program is versatile and can be used to gain maximum muscle size while shredding, or simply be used in a bulking season. This program includes 3 x 4 week training phases: Phase 1 This phase is focused on a lower body/upper body split, including lifts, supersets and high rep ranges. This method concentrates on building solid strength and muscle mass. Phase 2 This phase is a 6.12.25 training program style which works extremely well for building muscle mass and losing body fat. This workout is a tri-set routine where 3 exercises are performed in a row with 10 seconds rest between exercises. Im jubril, also known as The Fighting Chef

I have been a Personal trainer for last 5 years, and before that i was a professional chef!

I love Fitness, Food, and Martial Arts

I teach and train Krav maga & Kickboxing, its so much fun and what a wokout you get from it.

Another passion of mine is to educate, empower and enlighten Female warriors who want to improve their lifestyle, i have coached hundreds of clients towards their goals, i always start with turning on the fire inside you, your goals need to inspire & motivate you in order for you to make a real decision and take action to archive your goals

You need to set realistic goals, create a plan on how to archive it and most important, identify whats been holding you back from archiving your goals so far.

If there’s anything I’ve learnt, it's that success comes, when you set a positive mindset, with a real desire to archive your goals, it takes hard work, you will struggle but consistency will lead you til victory and i will support you all they way.


Coming from a chef’s background in Denmark, I have worked in some of the finest restaurants in Europe and Australia over the last 14 years, this is something my clients loves taking advantage of, i provide you with yummy healthy recipes and meal prep guides to make sure you still can be on a diet eating yummy food.
