My name is Christopher Finnesse, Founder & CEO of Finetx. I am a Certified Master Athletic Trainer (NASM – CPT, CES) with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, working at the intersection of elite performance, longevity, and lifestyle optimization.
My passion for fitness was forged in Brooklyn, where I was raised in a family of athletes. Competition was a way of life. From the basketball court to the football field and running track, I developed a deep appreciation for discipline, preparation, and continuous self-improvement—getting faster, stronger, and more resilient. Just as important, I learned the value of leadership, teamwork, and guiding others to perform at their highest level.
That foundation shaped my career. What began as a drive to elevate athletic performance evolved into a broader mission: helping driven individuals—entrepreneurs, executives, and high performers—achieve their personal fitness goals with the same level of structure, strategy, and professional guidance used by elite athletes. This philosophy is what led to the creation of Finetx.
