Brandi Carlton is a nationally certified personal trainer, US Army veteran, wife, athlete and a mom of 2. She is passionate about helping women lead healthy happy and active lives. Her goal for her clients is to help them live Fit 4 Freedom, having the freedom to enjoy the fullest life possible, being active with their families and not be sidelined because of their insecurities. As an athlete herself, Brandi has completed several Spartan races, crossfit competitions, countless local races, three half marathons, the Texas Independence 200 mile relay, and is currently training for a full marathon. Brandi understands the challenges faced by busy women and mothers, and understands that they need a plan that will help them achieve their goals without spending hours in the gym.
