About Jose Luis

Is a NASM certified personal trainer since 2013. He is also is certified as a MMA Conditioning Specialist, TRX Suspension Training to name a few allowing him to train a wide range of clients. From the age of 13 was introduced to Bodybuilding by his Uncle Chris Macias which ignited interest in fitness, he has kept the passion for the sport which built character making him determinate in all he does. His goal in life is to be a positive influence on everyone he meets, particularly when it comes to health and physical conditioning. Each person brings a new challenge to the table and he enjoys each new experience and success story that he’s a part of. Bottom line he believes his job is not done until each client understands the purpose of his/her programs, in order for a goal to be realistic, a client’s fitness, nutrition, and attitude must support it.  Coaching philosophy focuses on equilibrium—leading a healthy lifestyle positively impacts one’s social, economic, and emotional status. As a personal trainer, the success of my client is the measure by which I judge my own success.
