I have struggled with my weight and healthy body image issues all my life, then one day I just decided to do something about it.

I researched and studied diet and nutrition (because I had tried all the fads), I joined a gym, I hired a Trainer and I made a commitment to reach my fitness goals.

That's it, you just have to decide that you CAN be a healthier version of your current self. Take it one day at a time, have Faith in yourself, in the process and in God to help you make Fitness a lifestyle.

I will be here to help you along the way, I can relate, I can empathize but I will challenge you, support you and motivate you NOT TO GIVE UP --- this is YOUR year!
