About Matthew

I found my way into this industry during the darkest chapter of my life. I was coming out of a toxic relationship, grieving the loss of two best friends, and praying every day that my mom would beat cancer—and she did. In the middle of all that pain, my best friend moved back into town and reintroduced me to the gym. That’s where everything started to change.

The gym became my outlet. In just four months, I transformed—physically, yes, but more importantly, mentally. That transformation became an obsession. I dove deeper, not just into fitness, but into healing, mindset, discipline, and purpose. That passion earned me my first leadership role in the fitness world as a Fitness Director, managing a team of high-level trainers—many of whom were professional competitors.

Most of my knowledge didn’t come from textbooks. It came from being in the trenches—learning directly from elite trainers I worked with, being coached by some of the best, and living this lifestyle every single day. I’ve experienced the emotional rollercoaster, the doubt, the pain, and I’ve learned how to turn all of it into fuel.

Now, I help people do the same.
