About Dan

My passion for fitness and nutrition began over 15 years ago and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others build stronger, healthier bodies. Growing up, I was heavily influenced by my parents—my father was an amateur bodybuilder, and my mother prioritized clean, balanced nutrition—instilling early on the importance of training with purpose and fueling the body properly.
I became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach to combine real-world experience with evidence-based methods. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, focusing on sustainable fat loss, muscle development, performance, and long-term health—without extreme diets or short-term fixes.
I am the founder of Evolve Nutrition and Training, where I help clients simplify nutrition, train intelligently, and stay consistent through realistic programming and ongoing accountability. My coaching approach emphasizes education, structure, and habits that fit real life.
