2 sessions of in person personal training per week charged every two weeks totaling in 4 sessions every two weeks. All appointments are final Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time and needs to be utilized before the month is over in order for appointment to be valid. All unscheduled missed sessions will not carry over to the following month.
