My fitness journey began in 2008 when I took up martial arts — and I haven’t looked back since. I quickly discovered that health and performance were more than just interests; they were my calling.
Today, I help people get strong, fit, and confident — whether they’re training for their sport or crushing it in the gym. There’s nothing better than watching someone hit their goals and knowing I helped make that happen.
I genuinely believe I have the best job in the world.
Outside of coaching, I’m usually training, teaching, or competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, walking my beautiful dog, or cooking up some seriously satisfying meals. I also love exploring — whether I’m on the road in my campervan or travelling the world for Jiu Jitsu, I’m always chasing new experiences.
