About Eoin

Experienced Strength And Conditioning Coach with a demonstrated history of working in elite sport and the health, wellness and fitness industry.

Skilled in Athletic Performance, High Performance, Corporate Wellness and Fat Loss. Strong education background with a Master's degree focused in Exercise Physiology from University of Sydney, Masters in Strength & Conditioning from St Mary's Twickenham, whilst studying numerous certifications in nutrition, rehabilitation and psychology.

Eoin's goal is to provide holistic guidance for his clients and athletes to fulfil their full and truest potential. From the initial assessment, Eoin can create and design a program inclusive of mindset, nutrition and exercise prescription.

Eoin currently works with athletes in combat sports (MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai) and field sports such as rugby Union and rugby league.
