30 Day Online Group Fitness Challenge. • The workouts are all short, 30-40 minutes or less to increase consistency, muscle definition and shape AND loss of inches as you gain lean muscle and lose fat. Random workouts don’t provide this. • 4 full body workouts per week (4th workout each week is a bonus) that can be done at home or traveling using minimal equipment. • Nutrition Tips that will support your training and goals delivered in a private Facebook community.
