Your program is delivered through the Trainerize app so you can follow it anytime, anywhere. Each month includes one semi-private in-person training session to review technique, refine form, and ensure you’re executing the program effectively. ** Please note this price includes GST** ($1320 + GST) You’ll also have access to form checks and check-in calls as needed, so adjustments and guidance are always available when you need them. This option is ideal for those who want the flexibility of online training with the added benefit of in-person coaching and ongoing support.

Strong for Life Club is for women who have completed coaching and want to continue living what they’ve built. You’ll keep access to your training programs and tracking tools so strength, movement, and healthy habits remain part of your lifestyle — not just a phase. You’ll continue to receive: Access to your programs and exercise library Progress tracking for weights and performance App syncing with MyFitnessPal Fitbit or Apple Watch integration Daily movement tracking Measurement + progress photo logging This is independent training with structure — designed for women who no longer need weekly coaching but still value organization and progress tracking.
My love of fitness began 25 years ago with martial arts. I learned a variety of styles like kick boxing, pankration and ju-jitsu, and eventually obtained my black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the age of 11.
Through my training and conditioning for martial arts is where I discovered the gym and my passion for health and wellness.
Over the years I have worked for a variety of fitness companies, gaining a vast experience in training all fitness levels. After obtaining my degree in Human Kinetics at UBC, I decided to start my own business as a personal trainer and have never looked back.
