About Josh

Meet the Owner, Josh:

My passion for health & fitness can be traced back to my favorite sport, football. I played in high school starting my freshmen year. I was weight training to lift as much as possible to get bigger, stronger & FAST. After graduating college as a Division 2 collegiate football athlete, I slowly got into the worst shape of my life. At my worst in January 2015, I took a photo of myself knowing I never wanted to look or feel like that ever again. Through extensive knowledge & experiences, I created my own custom nutrition plan & workout programs. I lost 45 pounds of fat & gained 20 pounds of lean muscle! Come 2016, I dropped down to 195 pounds & cut my body fat almost in half, to 10%.

Over the past 2 decades, I’ve experimented with a plethora of workouts & meals. After much trial & error, I've been able to maintain my physique. Because of these amazing results, I created my company, Elite Fitness Training. Fast forward, my life mission is to not only be the healthiest & most fit version of myself, but to also guide others to be the best versions of themselves, too! I’ve been personal training a vast amount of people since 2017 & the Elite Fitness Training team continues to grow.
