About Dale

Originally from New Jersey, Dale grew up with a love for team sports from a young age, namely baseball. In college, while pursuing a major in Business and minor in Health Sciences at Kean University he managed a large chain of Sports Nutrition stores. It is there he fell in love with the business of nutrition and fitness. With a demanding schedule, Dale became obsessed with learning how to stay fit/healthy and energized away from home. Leading Dale to obtain a certification as a strength conditioning coach and nutritionist.

Upon moving to New York, Dale realized there is an urgent need to balance the lives of busy working professionals through healthy eating and lifestyle habits. Deciding to follow his entrepreneurial passion; Dale launched ELITEBODY in the summer of 2016 as the sole trainer while juggling a busy schedule as an international fitness model and columnist for multiple magazines. Dale has since worked with names such as Men’s Fitness Magazine, Muscle & Fitness Magazine and Consumer Health Digest.

The vision of ELITEBODY falls directly in line with his own philosophy and views on wellness. Your training should challenge you to push through mental/physical limits while being mindful of keeping stress low and rest a priority. Much broader than that, however, this is about proactively taking care of your health so you can live your best life.
