A 12 week, self-paced home post-partum workout program suitable from 6 Weeks Post-Birth (All clients must have clearance from GP/ Physio/ Obstetrician before commencing exercise). Includes 36x low impact, full body strength circuits and 36x walking goals - REPAIR | Weeks 1-4 | Repair and recover with gentle strength, mobility and stability movements (includes pelvic floor exercises). RESTORE | Week 5-8 | Restore muscle by slowly increasing the intensity with light weights. REBUILD | Weeks 9-12 | Rebuild strength & cardiovascular fitness with time-based circuits and a more diverse range of strength & cardio movements. NOTE - This program is not personalised. It does include prompts for progress photos & body measurements on the first & last day of the program should you be interested however physical metrics are not advised for any new mothers.
